Kent needed a scalable, secure and learner-friendly system to manage a large volume of post-16 applications across hundreds of schools and providers — while ensuring consistency in guidance, reducing the risk of NEET, and supporting a wide variety of learners, including those with EHCPs.
The Solution
Edazoo delivered a fully branded, county-wide Area Prospectus & Application System (KentChoices), designed to support:
- Course discovery and applications for learners across all Kent schools
- Real-time tracking for schools, colleges and LA teams
- Data sharing and reporting across providers and support services
- Custom workflows for managing EHCP transitions and vulnerable learners
- Results day support through the integrated GCSE Clearing Tool
The platform also includes dashboards for school advisors, LA staff, and outreach teams, enabling collaborative working across all partners involved in supporting learner transitions.
